SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Last updated: October 5, 2020

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Our average production time is 3-7 business days before shipping. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps small businesses reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Buyer's Remorse - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size. When selecting your size please refer to sizing chart. Selecting your size out of habit may result in receiving an item that may not fit correctly. Claims deemed an error on our part in receiving the wrong size are covered at our expense.

Misprinted, Damaged and/or Defective Items - Any claims for misprinted, damaged and/or defective items must be submitted within two (2) weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than two (2) weeks after the estimated delivery date. Colors of the product may vary from image to product due to lighting, exposure and elements when photos were taken. This is not regarded as a fault or quality issue in the product you receive.

Unavailable Items - In the event the product(s) you ordered has been rendered unavailable, we will issue you a full refund (or at your choice, a partial refund if the remainder of your order can be fulfilled). Once we process your refund, it's up to your card company to post the credit to your account. This typically takes three to seven business days.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Package - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your intended recipient.

Lost Package - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than twenty (20) days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming the shipping address was correct and getting in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating your lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Harlem Homage reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
